Mercantile provides digital verification services for online purchases through product-ID checks, seller transparency tools, and anti-scam infrastructure. All services are delivered digitally and do not require physical shipping.

1.2 User Responsibilities

By using Mercantile, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information with every verification request.
  • Refrain from any illegal, abusive, or fraudulent use of the service.
  • Understand that verification quality depends on the accuracy of the product data you submit.

1.3 Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, and verification logic are the exclusive property of Mercantile and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without written permission.

1.4 Changes & Updates

Mercantile may update these terms at any time. Material changes will apply on a going-forward basis from the date they are posted on this page.

2. Purchase Policy

2.1 Digital Services

  • Verification credits and checks are delivered digitally after purchase.
  • Credits are non-transferable between accounts unless explicitly stated.
  • Credits remain valid according to the conditions presented at the time of purchase.

2.2 Accuracy of Verification

Verification results are informational tools designed to support safer shopping decisions. They are not a guarantee of product authenticity, shipping performance, or seller behavior.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 When Refunds May Apply

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • A technical failure on our side prevents use of purchased credits.
  • You were charged but verification credits were not delivered to your account.
  • You were accidentally charged more than once for the same order.

3.2 When Refunds Do Not Apply

Refunds are generally not granted in cases such as:

  • Change of mind after credits have been delivered.
  • Dissatisfaction with a verification result when the service worked as intended.
  • Incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the user.
  • Lack of cooperation or response from third-party sellers, platforms, or carriers.
  • Misunderstandings about how Mercantile’s verification service works.

3.3 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email mercantile39@gmail.com with your order ID, a short description of the issue, and any supporting evidence. Each request is reviewed individually.

4. Liability Disclaimer

Mercantile does not assume responsibility for any direct or indirect loss, fraud, chargeback, or dispute arising from your transactions with sellers. You remain fully responsible for your purchase decisions, even when you use Mercantile as an additional safety layer.
